We keep you informed

We provide a transparent, proactive customer experience throughout your fleet rollout.

We send weekly status reports to stakeholders so you always know how your build is progressing and when we’ll require your vehicle(s) at a Hidrive installation facility so we can begin fitment.

If there are unforeseen delays, we’ll let you know about those too.

Plus, you’ll have access to our cloud-based project management system which is fully integrated with our manufacturing ERP system. 

This provides you with real-time information on key aspects of your fleet build, including:

  • the ability to track your vehicles through the supply chain through to delivery at a Hidrive installation facility
  • what stage of the production process your service bodies are at (design, manufacture, paint, signage, installation)
  • expected delivery window

Typically, we require a Real Time Gross Settlement (RTSG) form, along with a 30% deposit or a purchase order from an approved customer to commence our delivery process. Your Hidrive Mobile Workspace Specialist will be able to assist you throughout the order confirmation process and answer all your queries. Alternately, please reach out for more information.
