Yes. Hidrive receives NO COMMISSIONS or incentives of any kind. The broker is a separate organisation completely.
Yes, within the existing OEM standard range. Metallic paint incurs additional cost.
Yes, however there is an additional fee for this service.
Note that the OEM may have warranty guidelines regarding tub removal — these are the customer’s responsibility to consider before engaging Hidrive to remove the tub.
Yes, Hidrive has engaged a preferred finance supplier. Hidrive is not directly providing the finance, our sales team are not finance experts and do not generate commissions from the provision of finance.
Our website includes a link to the finance company as service to potential customers to assist with the decision-making process. All terms & conditions can be found on the external website. If the customer chooses to use finance, that relationship is directly between the customer and the finance company.
Speed of delivery! The standard configuration allows us to optimise the manufacturing process. This allows a 4-week turnaround from order acceptance to install. It also provides certainty to the customer that they can get their vehicle on the road with a high quality Australian produced service body in a short time frame.
Yes, but the order will no longer meet the Fastlane specification and 4-week lead time. A Mobile Workspace Specialist can provide more information.
The Fastlane offering is exactly the same high quality, Australian-made service body and accessories we’ve built our reputation on. It also comes out of the same factory. The difference with Fastlane is that we’ve preconfigured two standard builds (W1 and W2) to provide certainty regarding pricing and a 4-week lead time.
No, the Fastlane configuration has been designed to provide customers with a flexible mobile workspace while optimising the Hidrive production process to facilitate a fast (4-week) turnaround from order acceptance to installation. The fixed specification is what enables this.
However, Hidrive has well-earned a reputation for manufacturing service bodies tailored to meet customer requirements so if a customer wishes to fit accessories outside the scope of Fastlane they are free to do so, on the understanding their build will move to the usual Hidrive lead time.
Yes, you can choose from a limited range of accessories as part of the Fastlane promotion, shown below.
We’ve designed canopies in the Fastlane promotion to be built, as the name suggests, fast. While our full range of over 190 accessories are certainly available for you to include in your build, if you choose accessories outside the specific Fastlane range, additional engineering will be required and our 4-week Fastlane delivery timing will not be possible.
